Lorbriqua 25mg Tablet contains lorlatinib. It is used to treat a kind of lung cancer called non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). It is only used to treat NSCLC in patients with abnormal ALK gene (anaplastic lymphoma kinase). Cancer is a disorder in which cells multiply in an uncontrolled and abnormal manner.
Talk to your physician if you have high cholesterol, pancreas disorders, heart problems, diabetes, kidney disorders, seizures, depression, chest pain, shortness of breath, or ever had a lung condition called pneumonitis before taking Lorbriqua 25mg Tablet.
Use effective birth control during the treatment and for at least 6 months after the last dose. Do not drink grapefruit juice during the treatment with Lorbriqua 25mg Tablet. You need to talk to your doctor if you have any intolerance to some sugars as this medicine contains lactose.
